April 30, 2025 Madeira Park Community Hall, 6:00–8:00 PM
Are you passionate about the future of our community? Do you want to have a say in the issues that affect you and your neighbors? Then don’t miss this opportunity to join us for an in-person Town Hall meeting where your voice truly matters! ALL RESIDENTS WELCOME!
PHARA is a community-driven non-profit that advocates for local governance and addresses the concerns that matter most to our residents. This is your chance to help shape the future of Madeira Park and beyond.
We’ll be discussing crucial updates, including:
- Our legal challenge to the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act, which we believe conflicts with the Canadian Constitution.
- The future of our Community Gardens.
- Addressing the issue of derelict boats.
- Our exciting project to daylight portions of Paq (Lily) Creek.
- And many other important community initiatives.
This is your opportunity to raise your concerns, have them heard, and potentially make a difference. The open mic session will allow you to directly address the topics that matter most to you and suggest possible solutions.
Be a part of the change you want to see in your community!
The Town Hall will be followed by our AGM for anyone interested in learning more or getting further involved.
Mark your calendars! We need you to make our community stronger.
Stay tuned to our website for updates.
Your community. Your voice. Your future.
